What an incredible article. It’s going to take a while to unpack it all. Interestingly as a writer I don’t like using AI at all. But when I have to write for work, oh boy do I use AI at every turn lol. So now I have a love hate relationship with it.
Wow, thanks Patrick! I find that too—when it comes to putting ideas on the page, I want it to be my authentic self; but also feel that, sadly, there’s no escaping it for work 😬
Dearest Mark, this article touches personal and collective matters. I can see the long journey and efforts you´ve gone through to become the noble human being you are. Artificial intelligence seems to have achieved "something", however humans living human experiences will need to prevail in order to guide future AI generations. Children of AI will need real teachers, real persons, real humans who went through the struggles of living in a human body (including deep struggles you´ve gone through and have overcome). Some insights that come to me when reading your article: a stone is shaped out of years of working on it... 2. we humans learn through love or through pain (2 outer pillars of kabbalah tree of life)... most of humanity is learning through pain... very unfortunately. You Mark are being trained by Universal Love to become a teacher of future generations.
Hi Paola, thanks for your reply, sorry it's taken me so long to respond! I hope you're right; there's a lot of tension amongst creatives at the moment about how they're "supposed" to write. My job also has increasingly higher expectations for AI adoption. I also always appreciate your insights, and I hope my work can indeed help others learn and traverse their own struggles! Wish you well, Paola.
I do really understand your struggles dear Mark. Please be patient, your training time of today, will help people in the future, not right now. Wisdom is a higher quality of us humans... it requires years to be fully developed. You are very young still, but you are already a wise young man (an old soul in a young body). So please keep on trusting that every effort you make today, is strengthening your foundation to becoming a great teacher of future generations.
Thank you dear Mark. That´s indeed our Greatest Work... "to get ahead of ourselves". In kabbalistic terms: Moving from personal struggles or ego (synonym of basic, immature) consciousness towards Self consciousness, Self consciousness is an integral part of the collective consciousness; we are not separated from it. Our personal struggles are always entangled with collective struggles. This is why we need to work hard to become "individuals" and "independent" from the influences coming from the collective and from our personal conditionings. The path of Individuation described by CG Jung. You are doing your Work, Mark!
I really enjoyed reading this article - you definitely prompt a bit of thinking here! There must be a midway here we can follow…
Thanks Mom, glad you enjoyed it!

I always appreciate the perspective, Paola, I tend to get ahead of myself! It serves as a good reminder that these things take time.
